In maintenance facilities, there is a legal obligation to appropriately address soil contamination risks from various substances, including trichloroethylene and 1,2-dichloroethane, which fall under the specific hazardous substances of the Water Pollution Control Act, as well as lead from leaded gasoline and plating, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, boron, and fluorine.
